I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much better than I expected - clean, smelled good, and had new toiletries and bath linen. However, there was a faint smell of cleaner or disinfectant lingering. On the downside, you could tell that people were smoking in some of the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night in the Olean NY/Bradford PA area. The rooms were clean but needed a lot of care, and the view of the mountains was fantastic. The service was friendly, and the staff were accommodating. The location, in the valley between two mountains, was beautiful, but the area had potholes that made driving a bit tricky. The dining options were decent, but breakfast ended early during my visit.
